TOKEN REWARD SYSTEM
- 8 tokens - $2 gift certificate for Baskin-Robins or McDonalds
- 20 tokens - $5 gift certificate for Blockbuster, Jamba Juice, Starbucks or In-N-Out Burger
- 40 tokens - $10 gift certificate for Barnes & Noble, Target or Brenden Theatres
- 60 tokens - $15 gift certificate for Dominos, Rei, Old Navy or Best Buy
How our token system works....
Each time a patient who is in active treatment comes in, they will be rewarded with tokens. Patients will receive one token for each of the following:
- Good Hygiene (no plaque, food or puffy swollen gums)
- No breakage of appliances
- Maintenance and wear of removable or active appliances (head gear, expander, elastics)
- Wearing your MTO t-shirt into your appointment
**Bonus tokens**
- Bring in your report card and receive 1 token for each A or B (or the equivalent)
- Refer a friend to our office and receive 20 tokens
